been away for a lil more than a week. coming to office has never been this good.

nothing much to say, save that for when i'm in a better mood and bigger free-time frame (?). just wanna share a lil bit of what i do here everyday.

i have this some sort of 'application log', where i put down all the file numbers i have in hand. oh, this only involves files / applications that need further communication(s), so 1st comm files are not included. here i list out the problems with all these files, or sometimes the reply to the problems listed before. a snip of it:



the files are arranged in chronological order (since smaller numbers = filed earlier), so logically the ones on top of list are filed first. the reason i did this is so that i won't keep a file for far too long, and also to make it easier to anticipate how much time is needed to work on the files. then after i'm done with the file, i'll highlight the column, signaling this file is done with. but as seen here, the hi-lited one is, like, #32 in list. why not the earlier ones? answer: they'll give me headaches. they're all very confusing, time-consuming files. if i were to focus on these files, i won't be able to achieve my monthly target.

hehe so much for keeping log of the files, eh?

i've never been good with logs, anyway.
